I don't see it, As far as the media and one can study from the Israeli statistics bureau (and the data you provided which is partially from the same source) it seems like the prices go up in Israel from a rather natural cause - less supply (lack of buildings) and while it may keep crawling up, it doesn't mean that Israeli banks would allow mortages without cover, and infact I just recentley read that they are going to only allow mortages with a 40% downpayment. So while having a bubble might be theoretically possible, it's not there as we speak - prices just naturally go up - (they probably need to unfreeze lands in center Israel to solve this) <strong>and even if you think it is</strong>, I still didn't catch the similarties, do explain. I still favor Mr Gabriel's position on this matter. Could you care to explain the similarities between Israel and the US further please?
